What I do for a living:I work as a Warehouse Manager at Wal-Mart

Born: March 11, 1974 in  Ottawa, Ontario

Family: Wife –  Alice, and three children – Kevin (7), Arianna (5), Felaina (3)

How I became a Christian: I started attending PAC in January of 2010. I connected with Paul Stanley and we met a few times. We discussed God’s gift, (salvation through Christ) that He has presented for each of his children. I then made the decision to accept God’s gift and became a Christian and we prayed.

Spiritual gift: Unsure. Still looking to discover it.

Favorites:

Verse: Romans 12:2 “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Most challenging book I’ve read lately: The  Bible,  because of  God’s  many teachings, and I have so much to learn from God’s words. I want to apply them to my life.

The personal project I’m working on: To learn to play guitar, and my house.

My first job: Cutting grass during the summer months when in I was in high school.

Most Prized Possession: My daughter, house, and SUVs.

Few people know that I: have anger issues that stem from being bullied in high school.

Best way to make me laugh: Tell me a funny story or joke.

My most annoying habit: Biting my nails.

Words I overuse: “okay!”

The best gift I’ve ever received: My daughter and my Bible.

The best gift I’ve ever given: I gave my parents a granddaughter.

I would love to meet: Billy Graham

I would love to live: on the coast where most of the year you are able to do spring and summer activities.

If I could live my life over, I’d: try to live my life for God, and not  allow myself to be bullied in high school –  which would give me more confidence and self-esteem.

I’d describe my faith as: a work in progress. I’m learning  God’s teaching and His purpose for me and my journey.

I can’t wait to ask God face to face: How do you  manage to give all your children, each one of them, some attention and give them guidance?

I’d appreciate prayer for: My family’s  health, as my wife is ill. Also for my mom, as she is overseas in Ghana and in Malawi, Africa working on water projects –  for her safety and health and guidance and that she’d be  encouraged through God’s words of wisdom.

Are you involved in ministry? I am involved with the maintenance team with Ed Senecal.  I hope to get more involved with other ministries.

What do you enjoy most about it? I enjoy working with guys to learn how to fix things around church. I am proud when I look around church and see projects we did. Also allows me to know more people at PAC.

Bonus Questions from Andrew

Where do I see myself in a year from now with PAC? I see myself helping with more than one ministry and working through PAC with missions overseas. I also hope to go to Providence College to take some courses so I  can further help the church and possibly get a job at church.

Any other organization you volunteer at in Portage? I am a member of Odd Fellows Portage Lodge #3, Portage Community Revitalization Corp.

If you won a million dollars, what would you do with the money? I would build a bungalow,  mobile home that I would live in comfortably, pay off the SUVs, donate a lot of money to PAC and PAC missions, and donate money for a new play structure for the playground at Westpark school, and keep on working at my job.
